Mahindra Pride Classroom (MPC) program

October 8, 2024 - Jayoti Vidyapeeth Women’s University Jaipur has organized an Employability and Skill-Based Training Programme aimed at final-year students under the Mahindra Pride Classroom (MPC) program initiated by the Naandi Foundation This programme initiative by the Mahindra & Mahindra group.

The primary goal of this initiative is to provide students with practical training to enhance their employability, equipping them with industry-relevant skills. This program not only focuses on training but also aims to support students by leading them towards potential job placements after completion.

The program is specifically designed for final-year students, who are on the verge of entering the workforce and require this critical training to be more competitive. Students were delivered Key Features of the Programme during the orientation session in which students were oriented about the need of Skill-Based Trainings that are focus on improving both technical and soft skills such as communication, teamwork, and problem-solving. Also Students will be trained in areas that enhance their employability, such as resume building, interview skills, and workplace etiquette.

Upon completing the programme, participants will receive support and guidance to connect with employers for placement opportunities, increasing their chances of securing a job post-graduation.
