Examination Notification for BAMS I Professional Year Batch 2021-22

All the Students of  BAMS I Professional Year (Batch 2021-22) are hereby informed that as per NCISM norms,  the End Term Examinations are scheduled to begin from  25 July 2023 onwards. Therefore, to be eligible for End Term Examinations, the students must fulfill min. attendance criteria (up to 80% attendance). Whereas, keeping in view the relaxation policy, students with a minimum of 65% Attendance (after considering the medical grounds & other valid reasons) will only be allowed to appear in the End Term Examinations. Whereas students with less than 65% attendance will not be eligible to appear in the Examinations.

To obtain Admit cards, students need to submit an Examination Form along with Examination Fee- INR 4000/-                                  The Examination Form can be collected from the Communication Centre or may be downloaded from website www.jvwu.ac.in from 25 June to 3 July 2023 and can deposited at examination department or  through email at dcoexam@jvwu.ac.in along with fee receipt by 3 July, 2023 thereafter, Late Fee 200/- will be applicable per day.

Reporting & Due Clearance: All the students must report  at Campus  till 30 June  and clear their 60 %  academic + hostel dues of  remining  Six Month of I Professional Year ( mean 18 Months Fee)  at Department of Accounts to obtain Admit cards from the 6 July to 7 July 2023.  From 1 July onwards, the University will  conduct special classes for the preparation of examination and completion of syllabus if required.

A late fee of INR 100/- per day will be charged if students do not collect their Admit card on the scheduled dates. The Admit Card may be obtained from the Department of Examinations after depositing the Examination form along with Fee of INR  4000/-.
